We can organise a Statutory Lease Extension on your behalf. This will entitle you to an additional 90 years on top of your current remaining lease and that any future Ground Rent you pay becomes a “Peppercorn” (effectively Zero). Not only will this add value to your property, but it will also make it a more saleable asset.

Anyone who has owned their property for a minimum of 2 years and owns 100% of it (NOT Shared Ownership) is legally entitled to demand a Statutory Lease Extension.
